Shame Judgment Resilience & Ramblings with One Broken Mom part 2

In part 2 of my interview with Lara Currie from Difficult Happens, we continue to dive deep into what it's like to go through big life-changing shifts and discovering your true purpose.

We also continue our conversation about how emotions, triggers, and all of these "messy" things impact us differently as we mature and learn as we go. What the key takeaway for me throughout this journey has been is the Jedi-like power of learning to be present and self-aware, so that you can interpret your world in real-time and start to pick up on trends and patterns more easily and then make the changes necessary to break them.

Lara is a fun to talk to and her show is a good compliment to what I'm doing so I can't honestly recommend it and her enough.
