About This Event:
Most of us are afraid to speak up in meetings, ask for a raise or promotion, and even hold personal boundaries with friends and family.
And you probably know that you need to improve your communication skills but have no idea where to start. This is especially true if you're an introvert who feels uncomfortable speaking in front of groups or networking at events.
The tips provided in this presentation will help you understand what social intelligence is, why it's so important, how to develop your own skills at reading people and building trust quickly, how to speak confidently on stage or during meetings, how to negotiate more effectively with others who have opposing viewpoints, as well as ways you can use social intelligence strategies when working remotely or even just interacting with other colleagues at work.
